South Sulawesi Manpower Office Holds Morning Assembly, Dr. Jayadi Nas, S.Sos.,M.Si Emphasizes Total Dedication and Plan, Do, Check Cycle

Makassar — The Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sulawesi Province held its routine morning assembly, attended by all state civil apparatus (ASN), on Monday, September 7, 2026. The assembly, held at the courtyard of the South Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Office, was led directly by the Head of the Office, Dr. Jayadi Nas, S.Sos., M.Si.

In his address, Dr. Jayadi Nas,S.Sos.,M.Si emphasized the importance of maintaining solidity and teamwork among employees in carrying out public services and administrative duties. He noted that strong synergy is the primary key to addressing various labor and transmigration challenges in South Sulawesi.

Furthermore, he urged all staff members to consistently work with total dedication and to implement the Plan, Do, Check (PDC) management cycle in every program and initiative undertaken.

"Every task must be thoroughly planned (Plan), executed with dedication and full responsibility (Do), and regularly evaluated and controlled (Check) to ensure the outcomes are truly optimal and effective," stated Dr. Jayadi Nas,S.Sos.,M.Si before the assembly participants.

The morning assembly concluded with a routine check on employee discipline and readiness to begin delivering public services for the week.
