South Sulawesi Disnakertrans Head Leads Wage Council and Tripartite Cooperation Body Meeting

Makassar - The Industrial Relations Division of the Manpower and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans) of South Sulawesi Province held a coordination meeting for the Wage Council and the Tripartite Cooperation Body (LKS Tripartit) at the Sipakainga Hall, South Sulawesi Disnakertrans Office, on Wednesday (August 26).

The critical meeting was directly chaired by the Head of South Sulawesi Disnakertrans, Dr. Jayadi Nas, S.Sos., M.Si, accompanied by the Head of the Industrial Relations Division, Raodah, S.H., M.H. The session brought together representatives from labor unions, employer associations, and relevant agencies serving as members of the South Sulawesi Province Wage Council and Tripartite LKS.

The meeting's main agenda focused on strengthening social dialogue among workers, employers, and the government to maintain a conducive labor climate in South Sulawesi. Additionally, the forum aligned perspectives regarding industrial relations dynamics and proactive measures to address upcoming regional labor challenges.

Through the synergy fostered within this tripartite forum, all resulting policies and decisions are expected to balance the interests of both parties harmoniously, thereby establishing a fair, dynamic, and balanced industrial relations landscape across South Sulawesi.
